With Telstra Self Hosted Online account you can control your Phone and Web conference via the web. You now have conference controls that were previously only available through Operator Hosted calls. All you need is a PC with Internet access, there is no need for special software or hardware. Conduct professional, exciting and secure conferences at your own convenience.

How do I register ?
Simply click the Register Now link. Enter your details on the registration form provided and select submit. Your registration will be processed by Telstra Conferencing, and within 24 hrs you will receive a confirmation email providing you with your call-in numbers, account and pin numbers.
Phone Outlook Integration
This software provides an integrated approach to using Telstra Conferencing Account from within Microsoft Outlook. A custom appointment form, which looks identical to the standard Outook appointment form is provided. This custom form has an additional Conference tab to provide for setting up and running a Telstra phone conference.
Note: This software only supports phone conferencing.
Features include:
- Conference appointments use standard Outlook tools, ie, Calendar schedules, guest lists, etc.
- The Outlook Conferencing form provides host control abilities identical to the Conferencing Online Phone Service.
- Guest phone numbers are automatically taken from Outlook contact lists.
- Guests using the software have it automatically downloaded as needed.
- Guests can join via Outlook on their own PC, via another mail browser, or can dial in.
