Whether you are calling another person point-to-point or connecting 3 or more video conferencing sites, Telstra Conferencing can offer you significant cost savings when we connect you through our video bridges. Upon receiving your booking we can arrange connection of your endpoints over ISDN or Telstra IP WAN networks so that all parties can communicate together. There are a wide range of point-to-point and multi-point presentation options available.

- Network Access
Telstra Conferencing can accomodate sites on ISDN platforms or Telstra IP WAN platforms. For more information see Video Conferencing Networks. - 15 Minute Set-up
15 minutes set-up, immediately prior to start of video conference, with a conference specialist allows for audio and video connectivity at each site to be checked and optimised. This quality assurance ensures possible connectivity issues are resolved outside of conference time. - 30 Minute Set-up
30 minutes is the set-up time advised for providing quality assurance for an important event or a conference with a large number of sites. It allows for any issues to be resolved ahead of conference time. - Call-In
All sites are given individual call-in numbers to connect into the video conference. Sites can connect in their own time. Sites pay their own ISDN call charges. - Call-Out
Video conference bridge calls out to all sites. Site connection is co-ordinated centrally by the Telstra Conferencing specialist. All ISDN charges are billed to the account holder. - One-Number Call-In
All sites are given the same number to connect into the conference. A convenient option where sites can connect when they are ready; each site is billed seperately for their own ISDN call charges. - Voice Switching
Visual configuration of a video conference in which all sites only see the site where a participant is speaking. The site occupying the screen changes when a participant at another site starts to speak. - Continuous Presence
The continuous presence option provides the continual display of a number of sites at the same time. You can nominate the number of sites you want to be visible during your video conference. - Monitoring
This feature allows for seamless switching between sites; quality assurance and fast incident solve for each site. A conference specialist observes your event remotely at all times, making real time changes to conference configuration at the client's request. - Managed Point-to-point Calling
A conference specialist establishes a 2 sites only call. Telstra operational processes provide extra quality assurance for an important event. For more information see Managed Services.
